We help our clients
define and access changes that allow them to be more of who they
already are. Each individual is wired uniquely and we have found
that most satisfaction and fulfillment comes when we are working and
living in a way that is consistent with that.
We don’t
see coaching as a short-lived trend. We see it as an integral part
of what people need to clear their air, reduce complexity and make
conscious choices about how they spend time, energy and resources.
Choices they make regarding home, business, relationships and physical
and mental health.
We aren’t
“success” coaches in the traditional sense. In many cases
we help our clients redefine success on their own terms. We don’t
sell or subscribe to any “winning” formula because we
feel that what is optimal for any individual is simply (or not so
simply) what allows their unique set of needs to be met and values
to be expressed. We don’t believe in a “magic bullet”
and we don’t pretend to hold the ultimate secret to happiness
or wealth.
We believe there
are distinct differences between coaching and therapy. We completely
embrace the concept of therapeutic counseling and psychotherapy and
we don’t pretend to have the skills and knowledge to do that
work with our clients. A crucial part of our training enables us to
discern when a client may need an approach we are not equipped to
provide.
